Kennedy Road finalists in the New Folk Songwriting Competition

Kennedy Road have just been announced as finalists in the 2021 New Folk Songwriting Competition. This is an annual event hosted by the legendary Kerrville Folk Festival. Past winners include Steve Earle, Nanci Griffith, Lyle Lovett, John Gorka, Jonathan Byrd, Anais Mitchell and many more.

Winners will be announced on Saturday May 29. The six 2021 Winners will be invited to play a New Folk Winners Concert (in-person) on the first weekend of the 49th Annual Kerrville Folk Festival (TX) Oct. 1-10, 2021.
